All you need is your member ID or Social Security number to take advantage of the tools and apps that we have available here.
The member portal is a secure website that can help you stay connected with AmeriHealth Caritas Next.
It's an easy way to see your recent health history. From any computer or mobile phone, you can do all of this and more:
- Set up prescription refill reminders.
- View your electronic ID card or order a replacement ID card.
- Track claims.
- Sign up for special health care programs.
- Learn about your health risks.
Using the member portal is fast, easy, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no cost to you.
Why have I not received my new ID card?
To receive your new ID card, you must make your first premium payment.
- To make an online payment using a credit/debit card or a bank withdrawal by logging in here.
- To make a phone payment, please contact our Interactive Voice Response System anytime at 1-833-999-3567. After selecting your language preference, follow the prompts to make a payment.
Once you have made your premium payment, please allow 7 – 10 calendar days for your card to arrive.
How can I find out more about my benefits or find out what is covered?
You can review your benefits online via our website. Simply select the “more about your plan options” link under your metal tier. You can view your Summary of Benefits and Coverage here.
Where do I find a providers or pharmacies that accept my plan?
You can utilize our online directories to assist in your search.
How can I make a payment to pay my health insurance bill?
